Day One 
- Welcome, arrive and settle accommodation in the hotel
- Group meeting at 17:00 to welcome and get to know each other. 
- And a little surprise...
- The welcome dinner

Day Two
- Early morning yoga & breakfast readying for a day of light introspection
- Workshop on taming your inner critics: We all have those internal voices that want to keep us safe and, in the status quo, because change can be scary. Those inner voices that:
     - criticize what you do
     - hold you back when you want to try something new
     - make you feel anxious and doubt your strengths
     - ask you to be perfect
     - tell you to look always for the next big thing
These voices represent your brain’s responses to deal with life’s challenges. They have developed over time – originally with the positive intention to guard us from threats to our physical and emotional survival as children. As adults, we keep them as limiting beliefs and assumptions about life but often they don’t help us anymore and even worse sabotage our true way of being. We will work on figuring out which saboteurs are active in you (we all have them) and practice some strategies of how to weaken them.
- During lunch break optional visit to town / beach
- Regrouping for another workshop on reframing and creating your new story and getting to know that part of you that is the courage, the compassion, the wisdom, the love, the clarity - your inner authority. 
- Dinner
- Evening Restorative yoga (if needed)

Day Three
- Early morning yoga and meditation followed by breakfast 
- Another workshop on embodiment and getting more in touch with our Inner Leader; getting clarity of what intentions, mindset, clarity you want for this year
- During lunch break optional visit to town / beach
- A circle of deep shares (A circle of Connection) and movement
- Dinner

Day Four
- Early morning meditation and movement - slow dance, (Yoga class & meditation ) followed by breakfast 
- Last group gathering (Time to claim the Rock Star You!)
- Check out by 11am

Our coaching / yoga retreat will take place in the beautiful hotel of Lumeria. Lumeria is located on Maui’s North Shore, between the historic plantation towns of Paia and Makawao.
 
Due to the sheltering effect of volcanic mountains and the differences in weather found at various elevations, Maui is blessed with a diversity of micro-environments, each with its own unique weather, plants, and animals. Discover tropical rain forests, cool alpine regions, arid deserts and sunny beaches – all within a few short miles of Lumeria Maui.

All transpacific travellers are required to have a negative test result from a trusted travel partner before their departure for the State of Hawai‘i, in order to bypass the 10-day quarantine. All inter-island travellers coming in from outside of Maui County must provide a pre-departure test 72 hours prior to departing for Maui County to be exempt from quarantine.

In addition to the pre-arrival COVID-19 test requirement and QR code registration, a guest arriving on Maui must also register at http://mauiarrivaltest.com/.

Upon registering at this mandatory second website, a code will be provided at the second check station outside of the airport near baggage claim. You must present this code along with an original vaccine card to obtain clearance. If you do not have your original clearance card, you will be required to take a rapid COVID-19 test. If the test is positive, you will need to quarantine at an approved lodging location.

If you are not pre-cleared and need to process at both check out stations, plan on being at the airport for a few hours.
