Our retreat takes place at the beautiful Antalya in Rishikesh, a unique hotel in the foothills of Himalayas.
Each room at Antalya offers beautiful views of the Himalayan hills and Ganga. With a private balcony area to relax, sip a cup of tea or just read a book to the sound of the river Ganges and the wind kissing the hills, (along with the sounds of India!)
Tapovan-Rishikesh, known as the forest of the yogis, is a city of pilgrimage for Westerners and Indians alike, and is where the Beatles came to find meaning to life with the Maharishi, and stayed long enough to write over 50 songs! It is still a perfect spot to de-stress, deepen your yoga practice and connect to yourself.

Please plan to arrive for check-in at 3:00 pm on February 4. Check-out is February 11 at 11:00 am. The retreat officially begins the evening of February 4 at 5:00 pm.

- Guided visits to nearby temples

- White-water rafting on the Ganga River with Red Chili Adventure
- Visit to Neelkanth Mahadev Temple — a sacred Shiva temple located 32 km from Rishikesh (the tuk-tuk or rickshaw journey is an adventure in itself)
- Sage Vasishta Cave in Vashishta Village, Himachal Pradesh — where Sage Vasishta is said to have received the Gayatri Mantra
- Spa treatments at the in-house spa
- Drop-in meditation and yoga classes around Rishikesh
- Ayurvedic cooking classes
- Ayurvedic consultations and treatments with Dr. Harsh
Arrival & Departure
Getting There
By Air
Take a short 45-minute direct domestic flight from New Delhi to Dehradun (Jolly Grant Airport), followed by a 45-minute drive to Rishikesh. Taxis are available just outside the airport.
By Train
Enjoy a comfortable 5-hour journey on the Shatabdi Express from New Delhi to Haridwar, then a 1-hour drive to Rishikesh.
By Road
Rishikesh is approximately 245 km from New Delhi, with a driving time of 5–6 hours, depending on traffic.
