I believe I am here to teach you how to love yourself. Did anything come up for you when you read that sentence? I’d like to share simple and accessible Self-care practices with you that will inevitably lead you to Self-love. I am talking about, meditation, breathwork, yoga, yoga-nidra, and dancing. I live and breathe these practices daily. It’s the only way I can do what I do in a day while maintaining my connection to Spirit, strength, joy, and zest for this one precious life.
I embody leadership; I am the proud Mama-bear to a strong-willed 9-yr old girl, I teach yoga and meditation, I create yoga programs internationally, I train and mentor teachers, lead retreats, co-own Squamish Water Kefir Co., and curate content and talent development at Sanctuary Studios.
